Tongyuan Huihai stainless steel water tank is made of stainless steel plate or color steel plate as the surface layer, and closed cell flame-retardant self extinguishing polystyrene material plate or polyurethane as the core layer. The four sides and top plate of the combined water tank can be assembled in modules. This mainly introduces the bottom plate, channel steel structure, and material selection of the water tank. These factors have a significant impact on the deformation of the entire water tank. - Channel steel:
The horizontal channel steel and longitudinal channel steel of the channel steel foundation are generally 1m apart, and the overall stiffness and bearing capacity of the channel steel frame are poor. But our company’s horizontal channel steel is 0.5m away from the vertical channel steel, and the connection is fully welded to ensure stable foundation and high strength. - Bottom plate:
The bottom plate is generally made of folded plates, which are placed in reverse on the channel steel. Due to the distance of 1m between the channel steel, the pressure of the bottom plate under pressure causes the folded edge of the floor slab to be in an unstable state, resulting in outward bending and deformation, causing unevenness of the bottom plate and overall deformation of the water tank. - Pull rod:
Usually, the pull rod is made of stainless steel angle steel. The material has a high impurity content and poor compatibility with the water tank plate during welding, making it difficult to ensure the strength of the welded joint.
Manufacturing process of Tongyuan Huihai stainless steel water tank: - The folded edge of the square plate should reach 4cm to ensure the strength of the water tank.
- The assembly welds of the finished water tank should be full, and the welding of external components must be flat and symmetrical, without weld beads or pores. The internal welding seam must ensure no leakage, and it is required that the welding is successful without leakage in one attempt. The top plate of the water tank should be fully welded without missing or spot welding, and the top corners should also be fully welded. Welding must use sub arc welding and stainless steel welding rods, and non-standard welding operations are strictly prohibited.
- The bracket inside the stainless steel water tank of Tongyuan Huihai should be folded into a “concave” or “angle steel” shape, free of burrs, and open quickly. The bracket should be fully welded and spot welding is strictly prohibited to ensure the strength of the bracket. The spacing between support rods shall not exceed 1m, and the size shall meet the requirements of tensile strength. For water tanks of special heights, the size of the support rod should be correspondingly increased.
- The stainless steel tank chassis is welded to the No. 10 channel steel to ensure flatness, and leveled with a level gauge.
- The inlet and outlet of Tongyuan Huihai stainless steel water tank are welded with SUS304 stainless steel seamless steel pipes and stainless steel flanges.
- The manhole cover of Tongyuan Huihai stainless steel water tank should be beautiful, bright, clean, without quick opening phenomenon, and must be fully welded. After installation, the switch should be flexible. The material of the ladder should ensure the load-bearing strength during climbing, and the width should be greater than or equal to 400mm.
