What requirements should the performance of insulation materials and their products meet

(1) When the average temperature is equal to or lower than 350 ℃, the thermal conductivity of insulation materials should not exceed 0.12W/m.C. When the average temperature is lower than 27 ℃, the thermal conductivity of insulation materials should not exceed 0.064W/m.C;
(2) The density of hard insulation material should not exceed 300kg/m3;
The density of cold insulation material products should not exceed 200kg/m3;
The density of semi-rigid and soft insulation material products should not exceed 200kg/m3;
(3) The compressive strength of hard insulation materials should not be less than 0.4MPa;
The compressive strength of hard insulation materials should not be less than 0.15MPa;
(4) The pH value of insulation material products shall not be less than 7;
(5) The chloride ion content of insulation materials used for austenitic stainless steel products should not exceed 25ppm, or should comply with the relevant provisions of GBJ126-89 “Construction Acceptance Specification for Industrial Equipment and Pipeline Insulation Engineering”;
(6) Thermal insulation material products should have information on safe operating temperature and combustion performance (non flammability, flame retardancy, flammability);
(7) Thermal insulation material products should have moisture-proof properties (water absorption, moisture absorption, waterproofing). The moisture content of insulation materials should not exceed 7.5% (mass ratio), and the moisture content of cold insulation materials should not exceed 1% (mass ratio);
(8) Thermal insulation material products should have test reports on resistance to atmospheric corrosion, chemical stability, thermal stability, slag ball content, fiber diameter, etc;
(9) The oxygen index of flame-retardant cold insulation material products should not be less than 30;
(10) The waterproof rate of insulation materials should be greater than or equal to 95%, and the rebound rate of soft insulation material products should be greater than or equal to 90%.
Linear expansion or contraction data must be provided for hard materials.
The insulation material should have good insulation performance and a clear thermal conductivity equation or a thermal conductivity chart that varies with temperature.
